   We are a facilitator platform only and do not provide legal advice. All legal services are rendered by independent attorneys.

3. User Responsibilities

   • Attorneys must maintain professional responsibility, ethics, and compliance with applicable state bar rules.
   • Customers agree to provide accurate information regarding appointments and case details.

4. Payments & Fees

   • Payment terms, fees, and rates are disclosed prior to booking.
   • All transactions are securely processed through our payment partner.
   • Refunds and cancellations are subject to our Cancellation Policy.

5. Confidentiality

   • All communications and case-related details shared on the platform must be treated as confidential.
   • StandIn employs security measures to protect your information but cannot guarantee absolute data security.

6. Prohibited Conduct

   Users agree not to:

7. Limitation of Liability
